The worst place we’ve ever taken a car! The car was there for over a week and even after being charged over $1200 it still wasn’t fixed. My husband was lucky that it even made it home. The person at the front told him he wouldn’t give him the keys until he paid. Hmm, sounds like they knew it wasn’t fixed. Pretty DISHONEST if you ask me. I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! They were not at all helpful and just made excuses. Worst customer service ever.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Steve and actually his father before him at this same location for over 25 years. I’ve had nothing but fair pricing and honest feedback on all my repairs. The guys he has in the shop do excellent work. I recommend Auto Performance to any friends asking for a good group of local mechanics who are honest and are quick to call me if anything arises during the fix.

I have a fleet vehicle and I wanted to get an inspection performed for my company vehicle and it seemed like the office manager didn’t want to help with the services I needed which was a air filter and inspection. The manager said I didn’t give him a heads up which is reasonable but I didn’t understand why he wouldn’t complete my services since he did partial. He didn’t want to answer questions and didn’t even say thank you but I called my company who is a large fortune 100 company and asked for them to be removed from our listings since he didn’t want to assist.
